Discussions of scope of work, deliverables, delivery time windows must take place prior to payment

Do not send funds to Paypal account. An invoice will be sent to an email address of preference. I, the artist retain the right to determine whether a refund will be issued upon failure to comply

Upon confirmation of payment (minimum 50%), work will begin at the sketch stage

WIP's may be provided at any stage of development at my discretion for confirmation of direction or questions I may need answered during the process. Active work may pause while waiting for replies to questions for clarification

A final sketch WIP will be provided for confirmation before proceeding to linework (if required). A maximum of 3 revisions will be provided at the sketch stage before additional fees may be incurred

A final linework stage (if required) will be provided for confirmation before proceeding to coloring. A maximum of 3 revisions are provided at the linework stage before additional fees may be incurred

Flat coloring will be provided before proceeding to shading/rendering for confirmation. A maximum of 3 revisions will be provided at the coloring stage before additional fees may be incurred

Confirmation request/WIP for shading/rendering will be provided at my discretion but are not guaranteed

Revisions/feedback provided during show of WIP's outside of final sketch/lineart/flat color stages will not be considered towards the 3 maximum revision counts (please carefully consider revision requests during the final check of each stage!)

Final product will be delivered upon completion through a google drive link. All remaining balances will need to be cleared before final product is released to commissioner.

My commissions are for digital products. Deliverables will be digital-only. No physical goods will be provided.

Unless commercial intentions are discussed beforehand it is understood that any deliverables are for personal and private use only, and my work is strictly forbidden from being used for non-fungible tokens (NFT's) or any cryptocurrency activities. Showcase of work on livestreaming or media uploading platforms will be considered personal use. Commercial use includes but is not limited to production and distribution of physical/digital merchandise sold for profit or sharing of my work through mandatory paywalled content.

I retain the rights to all of my work at all times. This may include but is not limited to: publishing on social media, use in portfolios, selling for merchandise (unless discussed with client prior to start of work).

Whenever my work is showcased, explicit credit (@vespacian_; artist) must be shown. A link back to one my socials is desired.

Tracing, altering, copying of my work is forbidden (including removal of signatures or watermarks). This applies to all persons, including the commissioner.

Claiming credit for my work is expressly forbidden.

Once work has begun I may not be contacted by any parties other than the commissioner for opinions/feedback of the work process. I retain my rights to cancel the commission as a result and to determine whether a partial refund or no refund will be provided at my discretion if this term is breached.

Unless a sketch has not been started, you cannot refund the commission. Possible refunds are only 50% returns. Claiming a charge-back through payment channels will have the commissioner subsequently blacklisted.

I reserve the right to use all commissioned works in promotional material for my own projects and advertisements, including social media.

Unless discussed prior to start of work I reserve the right to stream and show work-in-progress (WIP) through social media. An additional fee may be charged for non disclosure agreements (NDA's) depending on the situation when asked for work to not be shown until completion.

In the potential event of dissolution or cancelation, I reserve the right to keep your commission and use the assets for resale.

Due to working full time hours and content creation I cannot adhere to a strict deadline for delivery of completed work. If you require the deliverables by a strict deadline commissioning me is discouraged. Rough time windows for expected delivery will be discussed but is not a guarantee as factors outside of my control may affect my ability to work on your commission. Any unforseen events that may hinder my progress will be communicated to ongoing clients as they arise.

Acceptance of and progress of commissions are not first come first serve. I will only accept commissions I feel confident in completing to my satisfaction, and the order in which I complete commissions will be determined by my own discretion as to which projects I feel most motivated towards at any given time.

By paying any invoice received by me you agree to all of the above terms of service.
